imagine doing this without Mike Schmidt. There are so many variables that are involved in buying,

My wife and I were first time home buyers brand new to the market. We knew some of the basics of buying a house, but definitely needed some guidance. When the time came to make an offer, he advised us on what was practical, and negotiated till we came to an agreement.
